Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year

We are looking for ambitious, goal driven, engaging individual with at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in project management, someone who will prioritise innovation and flexibility with ranging experience to join our growing team.   • Related Construction Qualification, preferably to degree level
  • Willing to travel across various sites in the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
  • Managing the Contractors throughout the construction stage
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
  • Building and developing relations with new and existing clients
  • Surveying sites
  • Working closely with the client with maintaining a good relationship
  • Handing over the works to a high standard of quality, within budget and on time
