Following recent company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial fit-out Site Manager to join our dynamic team to assist us in ensuring that all our projects are managed and finished to a high standard.
Nexus are a team of industry leaders, specialising in the execution of commercial, retail, hospitality & residential projects to the highest standard, the core of these projects are high end restaurants. This is an exciting time to join Nexus as we expand our client base and our team.
The right person will join a network of professional team members and will specifically be responsible for delivering a high-end product for our client base around London on the southeast, and sometimes further afield. These projects usually range from 6-16 weeks and can be for a high street commercial chain or a top class restaurant. The site manager is an integral part of our structure and will be supported by a dedicated project manager, a project administrator and on onsite skilled operative, all who work directly with Nexus. You will work closely with the project teams to get the project over the line on time and to the high standards Nexus demand.
A Nexus Site Manager will need to be very flexible and be willing to work days or evenings, and be willing to push that extra mile to ensure the client is left with the quality that Nexus consistently deliver. The post holder need to be experienced, solution focused and have the ability to resolve problems as they arise.
A company van will be provided, Nexus are based in Hastings however lots of the work is in and around London so applicants will be accepted from various locations.
The post holder will be required to work full time hours, Monday to Friday, however will be required to be flexible inline with the business needs.
