Let’s start with the basics. We’ll ask you to supply a feasibility plan outlining your commercial fit-out requirements, budget and expectations before we make any arrangements.

Our team will evaluate it and price the project. If it takes you over budget, we’ll be happy to discuss it further.

If you’re happy with everything, we can then move onto the pre-construction phase and start setting up the project ready to get on site. During this time, we’ll order all the materials, resources and equipment needed, as well as get all individual jobs agreed with our partners.

For added peace of mind during the process of each commercial fit-out, we’ll hold a series of project meetings between you and our design team. This allows us to ensure everything is going to plan and that you’re happy with the progress of the development so far.

Allowing full project flexibility, we also dedicate one week before the expected completion date for any additional changes to your fit-out.
