One example of a strong collaboration is our recent partnership with the visionary team behind Sam’s, Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker. In 2023, we partnered with the restaurant chain duo to launch their sixth site, Sam’s Waterside. Using our collaborative approach, the Nexus team worked with the client’s dedicated designers to bring the new site to life.

As the lead construction company on the project, we were responsible for managing the entire fit-out process. We spent time with the client to understand their requirements and desires for the site, offering full transparency throughout. To fulfil the brief, we ensured the restaurant’s interior, finishes and overall ambience paid homage to its beloved sister site, Sam’s Riverside.

Having renovated the Brentford-based site in 2023, we’ve established a strong and trustworthy partnership. During our first project together, we exceeded the client’s expectations and have since been approached by Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker to collaborate on their latest business venture. The new brief is to transform Sam’s Larder, located in Chiswick, into the popular Sam’s Kitchen concept. We’re excited to work with Sam’s again to create an amazing venue, complete with beautiful bespoke details.
