A long-term opportunity on a prestigious residential project in North London for a Site Manager with strong internals experience.
This pivotal Site Management role will form part of a strong management team and requires a deep understanding of the logistics involved in managing high end and complex projects.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The planning and implementation of continuous site logistics.
- Reading and understanding of construction drawings.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team but also work independently.
- Fulfilling accountabilities within the Health & Safety Plan.
- Managing the issue of construction information.
- Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically, by co-ordination of all trades.
- Manage direct site labour and maintain accurate records.
