This pivotal Site Management role will form part of a strong management team & requires a deep understanding of fast track commercial projects.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The planning & implementation of continuous site logistics.
- Reading & understanding of construction drawings.
- The ability to motivate & lead a team but also work independently.
- Fulfilling accountabilities within the Health & Safety Plan.
- Managing the issue of construction information.
- Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely & economically, by co-ordination of all trades.
- Manage direct site labour & maintain accurate records.
