Site Supervisor – Weekends ONLY, Hampstead, London.
Competitive CIS rate, Contract Duration: Feb 24 – Nov 24.
A long-term opportunity on a prestigious residential project in North London for a Site Supervisor with strong internals experience.
This pivotal role will supplement our current site management team & provide weekend cover for the project.
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Reading & understanding of construction drawings.
- The ability to motivate & lead a team but also work independently.
- Fulfilling accountabilities within the Health & Safety Plan.
- Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely & economically, by co-ordination of all trades.
- Manage direct site labour & maintain accurate records.
