We’re proud to have partnered with the popular Middle Eastern steakhouse chain Swiss Butter on their exciting launch in London. Located in the vibrant district of Holborn, the new venue is the brand's first in Europe, and we were delighted to be part of this exciting expansion.
The brief was to create a visually welcoming and striking space that perfectly complemented Swiss Butter’s focus on simple yet exceptional cuisine. From the outset, the Nexus team collaborated closely with the client to bring their ambitious vision to life. We understood the importance of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and delivered an exterior and interior that allowed their ‘secret Swiss Butter sauce’ to take centre stage.
The final interior showcased a contemporary industrial aesthetic. We incorporated elements such as exposed brick, pipework, corrugated iron, and metal furniture to create a raw and relaxing feel. Intending to create an informal dining space where visitors can feel relaxed, we worked closely with the client’s designers to ensure every element contributed to the overall ambience.
Our dedication to detail and passion for creating unique spaces allowed us to deliver a striking and functional environment for customers to enjoy. Nexus is thrilled to have played a pivotal role in the growing ambitions of Swiss Butter and in bringing a taste of the Middle East to London.
